Rooted in the flavors and sensibilities we grew up with in Korea,
we prepare kimchi exactly as our grandmother taught us and use our own handcrafted gluten-free gochujang to keep every detail honest and true.
The taste of SEOLREM begins with Korean memories and emotions, yet grows into something new as fresh ideas meet our roots- creating a quiet, distinctive kind of charm.
