Sinseon Halmeoni Kimchi (Vegan)
In the Netherlands, it's hard to find freshly made kimchi,
simply because there are very few places that make it themselves.
We carry on that Korean dedication and make kimchi just the way Grandma did —
completely vegan and sugar-free.
